All services offered, including tarot, astrology, numerology, vastu, and related guidance are intended for personal insight, self-reflection, and general informational purposes. They should not be considered a replacement for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

For the avoidance of doubt, we neither encourage, endorse, facilitate, nor engage in any practices relating to so-called dark energies, black magic, superstition, or similar activities. Such acts are strictly beyond the scope of our services and are neither offered nor supported in any manner. Any person seeking, soliciting, or requesting such services shall be declined forthwith and turned away without exception. ​

 

By using this website or booking a service, you agree that the practitioner is not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the guidance provided. All services are offered with the intention of empowerment, awareness, and personal growth.

BOOKING POLICY

By booking any reading, consultation, healing session, programme, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, conditions, and disclaimers outlined below.

 

Booking Confirmation

  • Your appointment is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A confirmation email containing your appointment details will be sent after your booking has been completed.

  • Please ensure that all contact information provided during booking is accurate and up to date.

 

Session Duration

  • The duration of each session is strictly limited to the time slot purchased.

  • While unlimited questions may be asked during Personal Reading Sessions, appointments will conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of:

    • The number of questions asked

    • Topics remaining to be discussed

    • Additional clarification requests

    • Unfinished conversations

  • Additional time is not included and must be booked separately, subject to availability.

 

Online Sessions

  • All live sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for the session.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

No Refund Policy

  • All payments are final.

  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been successfully completed, regardless of the reason.

  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Personal emergencies

    • Failure to attend the session

    • Dissatisfaction with the information received

    • Differences in expectations

    • Technical issues on the client’s side

    • Delayed communication from the client

    • Personal beliefs regarding tarot, healing, spirituality, or outcomes

  • By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept that all bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances.

​Rescheduling Policy

  • One reschedule request is permitted per booking.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.

  • Only one reschedule is allowed.

  • If a second rescheduling request is made, the appointment will be considered forfeited without refund.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients are expected to join their session on time.

  • If you arrive late, the session may still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

  • Lost time due to late arrival cannot be added to the session.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds, credits, reschedules, or replacement sessions will be provided for missed appointments.

The following topics are not addressed through readings, consultations, or healing services:

    • Business outcomes

    • Emotional responses

    • Personal interpretations

    • Missed opportunities

    • Life changes or consequences resulting directly or indirectly from information shared during a session

  • By booking a service, the client acknowledges that they exercise their own judgment and accept full responsibility for all choices and actions taken.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

No specific outcome, prediction, manifestation, healing result, reconciliation, financial gain, relationship outcome, or personal transformation can be guaranteed. Every individual experience is unique and results vary based on numerous factors beyond the practitioner’s control.

AGE REQUIREMENT

By booking a service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Q. Can I ask unlimited questions during a reading?

Yes. All Personal Reading Sessions include unlimited questions within the duration booked.

The session will conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of the no. of questions asked.

Q. Can I extend my session if I need more time?

No. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the duration originally booked and paid for.

Additional time requires a separate booking and is subject to availability.

Q. Do you predict exact dates and timelines?

No. Tarot readings provide guidance based on current energies, circumstances, possibilities, and potential outcomes. Exact dates, timelines, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Q. Can tarot guarantee a specific outcome?

No. Tarot is a spiritual guidance tool intended to provide insight, reflection, and perspective. All outcomes remain subject to personal choices, free will, actions, and changing circumstances.

Q. Are readings confidential?

Yes. All sessions and information shared during appointments are treated with confidentiality and respect.

Q. Do I need to book a Healing Consultation before booking a healing service?

No. The Healing Consultation is intended for clients who are unsure which healing modality may be most suitable for them. Clients who already know which service they wish to book may proceed directly with that service.

Q. How many Reiki sessions will I receive in the Reiki Healing Programme?

The Reiki Healing Programme includes daily remote Reiki Healing over a period of 30 consecutive days. Your physical presence is not required during the healing process.

Q. How are Past Life Regression and Hypnotherapy sessions booked?

Past Life Regression and Hypnotherapy sessions are booked individually. Each session must be booked separately. Additional sessions may be recommended depending on your goals and requirements.

Q. What platform are sessions conducted on?

All live sessions are conducted through Zoom or Google Meet. Meeting details will be shared after booking confirmation.

Q. What happens if I miss my appointment?

Missed appointments are considered no-shows. No refunds, credits, reschedules, or replacement sessions will be provided.
